my old lady said Richards was just on Letterman remorseful, Seinfeld in his court, blah blah blah, Letterman pat'n him on the back, blah. yet Mel Gibson is still being raked over the coals. right?

I don't know that Michael Richards has a history of being a crazy dickhead.

Then again, for obvious reasons, I kinda have to support the guy. ;) You wouldn't believe how often people get our names confused.

that was a lame assed apology. Weird even. I thought for a second he was gonna blame President Bush for his remarks. He brought up Katrina as a possible excuse. WTF??

He is a bit of a loon, but blame it on Jerry's pesticides. He couldnt taste the McInaw peaches. The fumes ****ed with his thought process

He's a strange dude, but I think he was sincere. At first I thought he was going to crack a joke. It was funny he keep saying AFRO-AMERICAN. The audience started to laugh and Jerry, told them to stop, “Don’t laugh it’s not funny”.

i watched it, i think he has remorse.....but i also think he's trying to cloud the whole issue with the katrina references

he had no idea he was even saying "afro americans" instead of "african american"

I heard a replay of the Letterman interview this morning. Richards said it's "insane" because he's not a racist - the rage just came out and it's burning within him.

Demons are possessing him, I reckon. An exorcism is needed, no?.

I was a little perplexed on the Katrina reference, too. The "fifty years ago you would have been..." comment was enough in itself. Sheesh - double the dose of medication, dude!

Someplace, Louis Farakkhan is all smiles this morning.

as long as you can blame the administration, you can do anything. Even Mel tried this, although it didn't work as well for him.

so kids the lesson is when you do something stupid, blame someone else it'll be alright.
