Did the clock saying the time people post their stuff go back to daylight savings time?

For example, on the last post on the liquor in Colleyville thread, Colley is said to have posted at 4:00 p.m. today?

Now... did this site read Colley's mind and put down what he was going to post at that time? Or.. did the amazing Kreskin appear? or is my computer just acting goofy?

wait, the time says it's 4:37..... and MY clock says it's 3:42

and apparently the post thinks it is 4:42
