Seems like he is a pretty stand up guy. The more I hear about the guy, the more I respect him. He took a tough job and is doing pretty good with it. If he can get some defense going, he might start winning more games.

Just Think what he could do at a place like Miami or even Bama....Too bad he won't get a Shot....Unless a Miracle Happens...
