Auburn 22, Bama 15. End 3rd quarter.

Would be 21-17 if Bama would just kick extra points, instead of going for two.

Alabama makes me want to cry.

Have they expanded they stadium since our game with them? It looks like there is a new set of endzone suites.

More space for them to add championship years from the 1800s.

Bammer played a good game. But Tommy T is still Tide Kryptonite.

First, and most importantly, it was nice to see Prothro back up on his feet and in uniform.

I just think it's kinda weird that 'Bammer has never beat Auburn in Tuscaloosy. Evar. Also, Shula is now the only 'Bammer coach who has lost 5 to AU.

It was interesting to hear the broadcast booth guys say Shula's clock has "officially started ticking" with this loss. Frankly, I thought it started ticking after the Miss State loss -- but what do I know?

Anyway, even though the wheels came off Auburn's year with the Arkie loss, and the spare tires all went flat with the UGA loss -- they were able to "Roll" on the rims (and mojo) far enough to beat a typically shoddy 21st century Bammer team. In the State of Alabama, that means job security and a contract extension.

Just 4 more AU wins and Bear's 9 win streak vs Auburn is snapped. ;)

Finally, perhaps "Punt Bama Punt!" will now be eclipsed by "Convert Bama Convert!" heh.
