I have heard on very reliable authority that the silicon ones beat the saline ones all to hell for realism and feel-ability.

Frankly, I bet the plastic surgery industry is behind all this. All these store-bought tittay wimmens with saline bags will be wanting to replace them with the "gold standard" silicon bags. That means stacks-o-cash to the cosmetic surgeons as the itty-bitty club will now feel compelled to join the ranks of the well-endowed by boasting siliconish boobage.

For the record, "global warming" and the alleged dangers of "second-hand smoke" will eventually be disproven someday too. In the meantime, silicon implants' toxicity has now been, once and for all, thoroughly de-bunked. Yay for truth!
