After viewing the Y'allToob clip:

Well, ya' gotta admit...
Most of us here might envy the dude's level of buffitude.
Folks meeting him in person seem to like the guy.
He can catch a football 'bout as well as any civilian and he seems to have a rifle throwing arm.
He SOUNDS pretty normal.
He didn't go off on some innocent customer service drone at FedEx...most of us would have (including me, although I would have SOUNDED normal doing it.)
He doesn't need training wheels.
Mebbe if he either got a haircut OR some follicular relocations.
