Yesterday, I was taking him to his grandma's house. He asked me, "Mom, who controls the future?" I told him that God did. Being a 6 year old boy, he says to me, "Man, God gets me into trouble a lot!" I asked him what he meant. He said, "Well, if I get into trouble tomorrow, God made me do it!" Trying not to laugh, I told him that his actions get him into trouble and that there are some things we can control. But there are things that we can't control. He shook his head and said, "Man, God really makes things complicated." :O
