If you're ever in Purcell, try Bravo's. They bought out Los Dos Amigos, and their food is much better. I'm almost liking it more than Chelino's now. Their chili rellenos are killer.

Oh yeah. One other thing. McClain County finally passed liquor by the drink. So, all the hip, groovy, cosmopolitan restaurants will be flocking down to Purcell to set up shop. This is good how? This means I don't have to drive to Norman or OKC when I wanna get my hip, groovy, cosmopolitan grub on.

I always enjoyed eating at Maria's in Moore. I miss Skillet Chicken.

Even used to get a little take out from Las Fajitas.

I always thought it was cool that the Maria on the sign was also the Maria that was actually cooking your meal. Doesn't happen too often any more.

Its gone down hill......The one up on ****ing may and wahtever in edomond was unreal ...almost over baring with service.....the one on -1240 and walker or wherever .....the last 2 times I have went the mother ****ers did not fill my drinks for 30 minutes ....the fodd was fair to medicore for 17.00 ...

Its beeter in its bad service somtimes than other places I guess but I am not willing to drive all that way and pay that much a plate for some random dinner when i can go and get better service here in norman

Update: It actually has not changed names. It's called Los Garcia's and is owned by Juan Garcia, the Chelino's brother who owns the one on 42nd and Robinson.

It is teh awesome, and is right by my house at the corner of Santa Fe and 12th.

I had all of Juan's kids when I was teaching. Every party day, they would call dad to bring up the chips, queso, salsa, and sopapillas..and man would they bring it. Nicest people in the world.

Nicest people in the world.Maria's going to nursing school and his boy (forgot his name) is working at the 42nd and Robinson one. Last night when Juan patted me on the back, I dropped a shrimp from my shrimp cocktail. He brought me three to replace it. :)
