The last "lock" you made (http://www.soonerfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77001) didn't go quite so well for us ;)

he's a stud, no doubt.... in fact, i think he'll be a star in the nfl, maybe a future pro-bowl reciever

Malcolm Kelly is one of the top 10 wide receivers in college football right now. Nice to see us throwing to him again.

Depends on his numbers and performance...

depends on who our next qb is. i think he must be upset with the way our running game took over the offense. too bad he wasn't around during jason white years.

Word is that the coaches opened up the passing game Saturday because there were a couple of qb recruits in the stands. One kid is an LSU soft commit from Tyler, TX.

As for Kelly, he glides. He's big time.

He solidified his position in the NFL with his TD catch vs. Colorado.

Kelly is going to shame the Baylor secondary this Saturday. He's a 'money' receiver, without a doubt.

I just hope the running game is clicking enough to leave him one on one this weekend.

Gee...maybe we could move him to QB next year....that's working really great this year

ya think?

I bet that has an impact on his draft status too.

next year if he doesn't get injured he could easily have a 1500 yard season. We just gotta keep throwing it his way. He is easily the greatest talent we've ever had at receiver. No one will ever be as great as Clayton in my book though.

You guys are way overrating him right now. Remember Rashaun Woods looking like Lynn Swann thru college? He's back in OKC with a third tier diploma under his belt, talking about how "unfair" the NFL is.

Talent is one thing, but desire and drive is the key. The first pick we threw that was overturned on a penalty, he just quit on the route and let the defender make an easy grab. Antione Savage or Woolfolk would have decapitated the guy before they let him stand flat footed and catch that pick.

The fumble by Johnson was another example. He gives a half-hearted attempt to recover it and doesn't even think about fighting for the ball.

It scares me that he worships at the altar of the fake Roy. I'd like to see more toughness and selflessness, like Johnson was giving before the KO.
