Okay, I'm finally down below 190. Hit 188 yesterday. I'm now at Jason Belser's playing weight when he was with the Colts. :D

Ten and a half month gone by, 16 pounds lost. Don't think I can get to the goal of 180, especially with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, but it's been one hell of a try.

I'm down about 33 pounds for the year and about 5 inches off the waist. And no cigs for 7 months. Suck it, suckahs.
