TIES WITH TEXAS TECH
• Texas Tech head coach Mike Leach was Oklahoma’s offensive coordinator for the 1999 season.
• Tech running backs coach Seth Littrell played was a four-year letterwinner as a fullback at OU and was on the 1999 Independence and 2000 Orange Bowl teams. The latter won the national championship.
• Tech DE coach Charlie Sadler was on the OU staff as offensive line coach in 1978 and was back from 1984-90 as defensive line coach and then defensive coordinator (1989-90).

yeah, I think he got upset on the phone with a recruit we got from Tech recently.

yeah, I think he got upset on the phone with a recruit we got from Tech recently.

He was just trying to do his job. Then again I bet the recuits dad didn't play at OU like Seth's dad did. As far I'm concerned he shouldn't be recuiting kids that want to come to OU. He should be helping us get them by telling to go to OU.

oh I realize that and I can't blame him. just pointing it out.
I also recall when we signed Littrell that he said he wanted to help put OU back on top.
