so is worst best movies in the next issue?

King Crimson

pretty weak. there are a lot more bad/good movies than those.

though who can argue with Sly's "middle period" with T and C, Cobra, and Lock Up?

before he went on to hilarious comedies like "Stop! Or my mom will shoot!"....

Agreed on Summer School.
Agreed on The Last Dragon. Sho 'Nuff.
Agreed on Scarface.
100% agreed on Over the Top. They really expected that movie to start a competitive arm-wrestling craze.

That show is greatness. It should top the list of best bad movies.

Surviving the game is a good choice too.

I tell you this; take Gary Buseys monologue about the bulldog & his dad that he tells by the fireplace and put it in a quality film.... Oscar winner.

that's bull****. truckers had all kinds of heros that were heroically "trucking" and not "arm wrestling"---that's an entirely differnet category.

Convoy, Bj and the Bear....truckers already had a Rocky Balboa.

The wife and I met F. Murray Abraham during the shooting of that movie. It was shot in the mountains of Washington. A car passed us while driving over the mountains and ran a stop sign. They were hit directly in the side by a car driven by F. Murray. It killed two kids in the car that failed to stop. F. Murray had a big old bruise on his forehead from the steering wheel - his car just t-boned the other car, but it wasn't his fault. It was right in front of us and we were the one's to call 911. We went to the hospital the next day to meet him. He was really thankful and a really cool guy.

I saw no Armageddon...it should be there.
I saw no event horizon...it too should be there
as well as wing commander, and teenage catgirls in heat.

For their list of worst worst movies, just take every movie directed by Uwe Boll. The man is a bad movie genius. It doesn't matter if the film is low budget with crappy actors (house of the dead) or high budget with well known actors (Bloodrayne)...he can turn it into a steaming pile of doggie doo.

I think we need to exclude camp. Flash Gordon, Tremors, etc. are all meant to be exactly what they are.

Lots of recent movies fit the profile: Resident Evil, Doom, Underworld, Aeon Flux, Ultraviolet.

Only movie on the list I saw was Scarface. I need to watch more bad movies.

I agree Roadhouse needed to be on the list. Every bad cliche was explored in that one. Even had Sam Elliot who always plays the same character in every movie.

Spring Break-that was the one they showed on HBO pretty much constantly about the fraternity guys from Iowa State who take a pledge to Palm Springs to get laid, they get pretty much shut out while he turns into a stud, right?

Stone Cold, Roadhouse, & BTILC are definite additions, possibly claiming 1, 2 & 3 booking.

Weird Science is a great movie, but I'm not sure I'd say it was "bad" great. Most of those 80's movies are kind of in their own world of greatness. I'd add "Just one of the guys" the the 80's list too.
