And the milestones just keep coming. ;)

If I make it to the Texas Tech game Saturday it will mark the 35th season in a row without missing a home game. This goes all the way back to the Utah State game in 1972 to the present. I saw Chuck Fairbanks last year, every game that Barry Switzer, Gary Gibbs, Howard Drunkenburger, John Blake and Bob Stoops have coached at home.

Somehow I doubt I have another 35 seasons left in me. :D

That is indeed admirable. For the record, I only have one season without missing a home game under my belt...after Taco Tech this weekend anyway.:D

WOW!!! Congrats to you for all those years, all those games and all the miles. It's people like you that make this Sooner program what it is, seeing it through thick and thin. I am in awe.

That's awesome...I wish I still lived in OK. I haven't had the pleasure of a home game since a Kansas game in the mid 80s!

one day you'll be the guy down on the field getting the plaque......but they always seem to be in wheelchairs, so i wont wish that on you just yet
