You know about podrunner? They're hour long mixes at a steady bpm. There are a bunch of different tempos. And, they're all free. Check yo self before you wreck yo self.


Also, if you're coming up to the game Saturday early, there's a 5K over on Chataqua (sp?) at 8:00. KATS making Tracks or something.

unless they can make a running mix from "the carpenters greatest hits" and "england dan and john ford coley".... i'm out.

running just plain hurts anymore. and i'm still pretty good at it.

Also, that Nike+ thing that goes in the shoes and hooks to the Nano is killer. They make cases now that let you put the sensor on your "other than Nike" shoes.
