wow thats crazy. They even have to have sideline low views just to see the players.

If I were coach I would run a hail mary, have the reciever come back and nobody would find him...TD! heh:rolleyes:

Just turned it over from the Hornets game, is it as bad as that one Bears-Eagles game many years ago?

Saunders, Flutie, and James seemed to be enjoying themselves outside the studio. I had to laugh when James said he "thought" he had seen a touchdown.

Toledo @ Northern Illinois

Score was 17-13, Toledo with about 3 minutes left when Northern Illinois got the ball. They drove down the field (with the help of a few pass interference calls and an impressive 4th and 21 conversion) and had it first and goal from the 2 with about 50 seconds left. With one of the best running backs in the nation, they passed twice, ran on third down and then had to hurry to get the play off on 4th down. Incomplete. Game over.

Granted, the running game had been shut down all night and the receiver dropped what would've been the game-winning TD...but you give Wolfe 4 tries from the 2 and he finds the endzone on one of them.

Exactly. I don't know why, but I was pulling for Toledo. Those 2 PI calls near the end were both 100% bogus in IMO

They were kinda iffy...but maybe the ref just couldn't see what was happening.

I was pulling for NIU. I like Toledo, but I picked NIU in a college football pick 'em contest. They've been very schizo this year.
