Does anyone know the record for the longest field goal in Oklahoma High School?

Who? How far? That sort of thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would seem to be 63 yards by Tim Sydnes of Putnam City West, on Oct. 14, 1994. At least according to www.nflhs.com.

Longest high school field goal ever: 68 yards in Reno, Nevada.

Another interesting statistic from nflhs.com:

Most extra points in one game: 24 by Nelson Stuit of Muskegon, Michigan, Sept. 28, 1912.

And he had only 80 % accuracy. He had 30 attempts. He was probably tired.

I thought Josh Brown from Foyil (playing tonight for the Seahawks) kicked a 65 yarder in a game...but I could be wrong.

I think you're right about this one. He kicked the sh*t out of the ball and I seem to recall him holding the record as well.

Actually, I thought the kid from Deer Creek...Luke Roberts (OSU)....kicked one over 67 a few years ago. Had a major tailwind, but absolutely killed the ball.

That being said, after watching Jimmy Stevens from Heritage Hall this year, the kid brings a lot of power. Extremely athletic move through the ball.

Josh also kicked a 61 yard field goal as a high school junior for the Foyil Panthers.
