I think that this thread is appropriate for me to drop this knowledge in:

It is 9 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Not Celsius, people. Fahrenheit.

well, honey, lettme bring a little NW warmth your way - it's about 65 F here right now. Plenty toasty. :hot:

So use your imagination: "hoo hot! It's hot in the hot tub! hoo hot!"

If it makes you feel better, I had to step in snow on the way there.

did you see a moose?

Frozen Sooner
11/6/2006, 01:42 AM
No, I didn't. However, any time the cats see one they go nuts trying to get to it.

One of these days, I'm going to let Steve and Ted go out there and see if they can bring one down.

I'll make sure to post the pics on the board.

Ok, Steve wasn't enough, you had to name one Ted too?

GottaHavePride
11/6/2006, 01:45 AM
If they succeed, you're going to have to start calling Ted "The Nuge".

lil'duck
11/6/2006, 01:46 AM
that reminds me of the old commercial where cats are stalking their "natural" prey, the cow.

Now that's a cat to hang onto - one who can take down a moose!

Well, I wanted to name him MacDuff, so that every time Steve would pin him he would be laying on MacDuff.

However, it didn't stick. Ted he is.

Dude, if Ted brings one down then the Nuge is a puss. He uses bows. Ted's working with his paws here.

good man! The only dog to ever bite me was named MacDuff. (no joke) I curse MacDuff and any animal with that name!

I still want to own a dog named Spot so I can send him out the door with "Out, out damn Spot!"

That and a raven named "Quoth."

HEAT WAVE!

It's up to 9. A high-pressure system must have moved in or something.
