...that is a very good sign because up until tonight PT has been playing great....

I don't think he was off. I think we didn't throw enough to let him get any sense of rythm. He would've made some throws had we actually used our passing game. Playing the QB position is all about rythm.

Whatever, I think he was 3-9 for 39 yards , you call it what you want...

I totally agree, I think Wilson will see that in evaluating the film and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Exactly. Thompson is a good QB and that position is all about rythm like I said. Had we thrown more, he would have found his rythm and made some throws. I have full confidence in Paul and I think he's as steady as they come. Ya just gotta give him some plays and he'll produce. I understand the running game was working great but when you can run, the pass is wide open and they didn't give him a chance to air it out tonight. Most decent QB's get 30+ passes a game. He got 9 tonight. That's not enough.....

I think OU fools ATM for long deep ball bluff all along. But, the main ones are still running the ball and short ball to control the game. Now, the long ball could be possible if ATM does not respect it. Anway, ATM was prepared for long ball and that is why they had less man on the line of scrimage on the first 2 quaters.

Just my thought.

Ummm...OK.

Why don't you start a thread about how red our helmets looked or how there looked like 22 guys were on the field at any given time? That would be captivating.

Here's a novel idea, you start your threads and I'll start mine and if need consultation from you I'll ask....It has been a very long time that I have started a thread that floated to page two without responses...

Somebody has to ask the tough questions.......

like, "Do we have a Thursday again this week?"

and, "Why doesn't Allen Patrick go by AD?"

Tell me more about how football works! well it's made of something brown, and it's kinda oblong shaped, and it's stitched together and blown up. And you grab it in yer hand and chuck it toward somebody.

I must say, the dropped pass in the endzone was a ball that had eyes. I don't know how it got past the defender.

PT played fine. If Jauquin doesn't drop that TD that hit him on the numbers, this is not even a discussion.

Yeah, don't think the play calling kept up with the changes in the game. Ole "Big TenEleven" Wilson can't seem to make the adjustments when needed. I am getting sick and tired of his lack of imagination in the play calling game...
