This just in from the wire:

Ducks win at home against one of the most opposing teams in the Pac-10, if not the country – the Washington Huskies – all without the help of the refs. This win coming just on the heals of a Duck victory against a phenomenal D-2 team, PSU, also played at home.

Head coach, Bellotti, says of the win, “It was touch and go there for awhile there – We were wondering when the refs were going to get into the game. All credit is due to the QB duo who are escapable and who have a sticktoitaviness that I’ve never quite seen before. People think we are overrated this season, but I think we just proved to the whole nation that we can play with the best of them. At this point in time, we aren’t ruling out a spot at the National Championship game.”

I thought you Sooner fans would enjoy a jab at my own team……lawd help us when we get excited over a Husky victory…:O And yes, I know I just opened the door to major bashing…so feel free to bash away. It’s for you to enjoy.:)

So did I. We beat 'em the second week of the season, and after giving up a 51-yard touchdown run on their first offensive play from scrimmage we were giddy as Japanese schoolgirls to come back and win. :D
