He's not. That's just how he rolls. He's one of those guys who ALWAYS appears drunk.

I actually think he doesn't drink...could be wrong. Mike Leach sober is a lot to take on-can you imagine what we would say if he were drunk????

When he was at OU he sure did. I saw him at the Mont more than once. He may have quit since moving to Lubbock.

I was just getting ready to post that if he drank in Norman, he sure as hell is drinking in Lubbock.

So if Leach can kick the crap out of Baylor whilst lit up, maybe Guy Morris hasn't brought them that far.

His half-time interview was pretty priceless as well.
They asked him if he was aware of how many passes he had thrown just in the 1st half and he said, "uh no no i didn't know that." And then they asked if he was worried the QB's arm would fall off and he says something like "well we'll worry about that later. we'll reattach it on monday."

He ends by yelling, "have a happy half-time!"

If that's true, it's pure greatness.

He did. They cut to the guys in the studio, who say something like "and we wish all you at home a happy halftime..." It was hilarious.

Maybe he was just having a reaction to his new medication.
