Really great episode of Earl, a welcome change from the last couple of weeks, and without a sappy musical-montage filler segment, to boot. Good Office, too, but I think they really tested the boundary between Michael the somewhat-endearing weirdo and Michael the creep without any social sensibilities at all, and it was more unsettling than funny.
