There should be mandatory waiting period. Just saying.

Example:This kid at school is currently limping around because she's enduring having an ill-advised bunch of flowers and crap she had tattooed on her foot removed. It takes several lazerings and she says it hurts. Nevertheless, she's enduring the pain because she can't wear open shoes without looking unprofessional.

all a waiting period would do is remove the 10% that drink and get ink.

And if people want to make a choice that they regret later, who cares? let them.

They wouldn't do a piercing for me because I'd been drinking. I really wasn't THAT drunk. Asshats!

Anyway, now I can finally get my I heart Oklahoma tattoo.

I don't understand how it has been illegal, yet the tattoo parlors have been open for about a year.
