I may be way off here but I don't think this will be as tough as Misery.

go ahead people, pick your side, freak out because:
A) how could we only be a 3 point favorite
B) this line is deceiving, we're going to overlook them, eaTme is a sleeping giant, etc....

so, which one is it?

I love the underdog role, that is all.

I know, I'm not talking about you, I agree with your point. I'm talking about the chicken littles that seem to be appearing on our boards.

Well, we do suck and yet, rule all at once.

I think there is no way we can win down there.

I think the oddsmakers are trying to trick us into a false sense of security with this.

A&M is too good, and we have made waaaay too many mistakes to beat them on their own field.

Plus our offense has basicall shut down ever since AD went down.

No, good people, it is best to write this one off and start preparing for Tech next week.

I like your avatar.

I think we have lost to you aggies before, so if we are surprised it's because we have a short memory. Even when we won the MNC in 2000, we needed a Torrance Marshall INT for a TD to win (on my wedding day, of all days -- sure was funny to see a dozen Sooner fans sending out messengers all day to get the score and the play by play). You guys pack that concrete outhouse you call a stadium with enough dang people, and they are LOUD. I just hope we are ready. You will be a much stiffer test than Mizzou was this weekend.

That's respect, but not enough.

So, it's not respect.

Isn't that how it works?

no way does Stoops not bring the boys in prepared, Stoops has yet to go into to college station and come away with an easy one (2000 and 2004 were both very close games)... They have some weapons with the Lane kid and also the read option with Mcgee and goodson.

I think the line is probably right on... Although I think Misery is a better team (yes I know they lost I still think they are better after watching both teams this year). this game will be tough. and they will be loud etc... I still think we win, just would be gleefully surprised if we take aggie behind the wood shed again. 77-0 one of my fondest memories. everytime I took a sip of beer we scored, doesnt get much better.

Are you saying it will be worse than 77-0?

Gosh, that would be a surprise. I hadn't even thought of that possibility.

Thanks.

I think he's actually saying it might be worse than that. And you'd have to admit, that might be a bit of a surprise for us. I mean, he could have a point there, don't you think?
