JHFC.

No one told me electricity could burn you. $24 million.

But, but McDonald's intentionally made that coffee "super" hot. $200 million.

I didn't know you couldn't fly a plane into a mountain. $30 million.

General Motors is negligent because they don't warn people that cruise control only monitors speed and doesn't drive the car like an "autopilot." $10 million.

I know I robbed the liquor store but, the clerk didn't have a sign up warning me he'd shoot me in the neck and paralyze me for life. $13.4 million.

And we wonder why jobs leave the country?

And we wonder why innovative products come from Japan?

And we wonder why things made in America cost as much as they do?

I'm going to laugh when the time comes where lawyers get robbed like this for losing a case.

The problem here is...really not the lawyers because they do their job. The problem is .. WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE JURIES?

And about the liquor store clerk...when you shoot a perp, you make sure the job is complete. 2 in the chest, one in the head.

Of those that show up...

Been twice, it is either filled with the non-working or crazy people.

I DO blame the lawyers. They look to exclude anyone with a brain cell so they can "persuade" the jury for their side. That's fine, but I doubt if the legal system expected non-functioning and non-thinking people would be my "peers".

As soon as they hear of my advanced grad degree, I am excused...
