I think it might have been the one time he didn't wear a t-shirt. I was dressing down to make him feel more comfortable....I even wore the black shoes.
I could have played better if I had made ANYTHING on the greens. I had several very reasonable birdie putts just miss. Could have been a decent round, but 76 was still enough to drill Pic.
:les: too easy!!!

oh, and no hole-in-ones. closest was about 6 feet on 8......and missed it.

I played Gallardia and Oak Tree about 10 days ago. hadn't played in two years. prolly shot about 88 at G (hit it pretty well for not playing, minus the occasion WTF?), and a billion at Oak Tree (like usual).
got a special deal helping my old man rules officiate the Oklahoma Invitational at Oak Tree early last week. they gave me a walkie-talkie and a cart....and said to call a rules official if anything looked goofy.

that's better than what I thought you did. I had 81? it was so bad I stopped counting. very uninspiring.

I'm normally dressed better when I beat him in Poker......but I don't know if it's the being dressed better or the overwhelming beatdown that makes him sulk. ;)

I really didn't care who won, the weather was sweet, and the company was outstanding.
all in all, a very good day.
