Bunting's out at UNC. No big shock, really. Of course, most of the fans have already moved on and are talking about Roy's hoopsters to really notice.

Bunting's statement contains more class than most programs deserve...

Then the transferring punter situation of 2001 comes to mind...

Best wishes to him anyway.

wondering if stoops will make contact with marvin sanders about coaching our defensive backfield, if they don't elevate him to the head coaching position or he doesn't catch on as a dc somewhere. the quality nebraska fans that came over on the boards said we hired the wrong guy from nebraska when we hired pelini as DB coach and not sanders. http://tarheelblue.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/sanders_marvin00.html only problem is north carolina's defense hasn't been setting the world on fire this year under sanders direction. total defense 96th, rushing defense 114th, pass defense is 45th, but that may be because no one has to throw on them. :D the north carolina offense is inept also at 103rd (but ahead of colorado's at 110th ---I didn't realize the colorado offense was ranked that low. I guess we'd better hold the kudos for our D until after missouri.
