I feel a lot better about this game now. Colorado had over 500 yards of offense against the Tigers, with over 200 of those being rushing yards. Missouri has an impressive offense, but OU will be the best defense they have played all year. I think the only question marks will be if we can plug the right tackle side up with Braxton being out. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and give OU's speed guys the footing they need to overcome the Tiggers. Anyone know yet what time the game will be?

I'm a worry-wart for the next two weeks, Tech and Okie Light, not so much... Still haven't quite figured Baylor out yet though...

Sweet! I hate early kick offs at home, but I think they favor the away team. Fans are not as likely to get so roudy when it's early.

just look at A&M's gameplan against them....worked to near perfection.

They are gonna have to keep getting better in order to cover for lackluster offensive performances such as we had tonight. In the words of the Fox announcers, there were 2 "inept offenses" on the field tonight, and for a while I had to agree with them. We can't play at that level and beat Missouri IMHO. I just hope the spark that the young guys brought to the 4th quarter lights a fire that keeps on burnin'!

I think our offense will have a little more spark once that post-A.D. hangover wears off. Another thing you have to think about is how hard it had to be for our players to get pumped up to play a 1-6 CU team in cold and windy conditions.

I think once Stoops determined the game was won he just ran clock, as did the Colorado coach, his motive to end the misery, making for a borish event...

CU had almost 300 passing yards? Seriously? Did a new CU QB play tonight? One who just converted from RB last week?

The only thing to figure out is which Baylor team is going to show up. If we play like we can play then there's not a team left on the schedule we can't beat. If we don't then we lose out. We just never know which Baylor team is going to suit up to play.

no...CU had 190 yards passing against Missouri

7 Bernard Jackson 13-27-0 190yds 107.3efficiency

He did however run the ball 15 times for 117 yds and a TD. As a team they ran for 231 yards. But they only put up 13 pts.

Tech did their usual Tech offense and threw for 378 yards against them and ran for 98.

In conference play the only team that didn't run for 200+ on Missouri was Tech, and that was by design.
