Oh man, you can convert DVDs to iPods? I'm gonna turn ALL my DVDs into iPods and sell 'em for $300 a pop.

PQ DVD works great. It's what I use and you can convert any video format.

Videora is free and works just great. Takes forever though.

I thought the newest version of nero will convert also (no it's not free, pay some money for good software, it can be worth it)

Thanks Guys. I think I'll prolly drop some cash for something quality because it's worth it considering all the videos I have.

Then I would suggest NERO. you can download a trial version (http://www.nero.com/nero7/eng/nero7-demo.php). According to it's chart it will support the converstion for iPod http://www.nero.com/nero7/doc/N7_Comparison_Chart_ENG.pdf
Besides, it's probably the best burning software available.
