i think we tied that year or lost on a missed field goal?

or maybe a loss on a long field goal by cu at the end of the game?

I remember that game. Some backup kicker for CU, who broke his leg during warmups, came out on crutches and kicked a game tying 65-yard field goal into a 40 mph wind. The kick was a freaking knuckleball and just flopped over the crossbar.
