A patient asked me about it, and I haven't yet found any good info on it, beyond promotional web sites. My general rule, it's crap until proven otherwise. Anyone know anything about it?

It's not much different than the Noni stuff. Basically high in antioxidants. Pomigranite(sp?) juice is probably as good if not better and I assume less expensive since you aren't paying anyones "up line".
