This story has been posted before, but I thought this was probably the biggest jaw dropper in the entire article...


OSU said earlier this month that the issue is irrelevant to the eminent domain case. A 1987 state attorney general's opinion says actions by an unconstitutionally composed board remain valid.

It's funny how all of the regents are trying to say that they are farmers or that their careers are closely related to farming.
