Actually, that's one of my favorite pickup lines with the ladies when traveling.

I think it's a play on the "F*CK YOU. I'M FROM TEXAS" shirts. You know, "F*CK ME (i.e. PLEASE HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH ME) I'M FROM OKLAHOMA."

The sad thing is the guy (30ish) I saw wearing this shirt was walking around with what looked like two 12 y/o girls.
