Nope, #25 in the BCS standing released today. It will be cool to see how much higher they get if they run the table on the rest of their games. Unless Boise State loses a game, TU will be denied a BCS bowl appearance, but maybe the Lords of Smurfville will lose.

Hell, they may end up ranked higher than OU!

HURRICANE FIGHT

Down the field to victory,
On Tulsa on,
Fight on University,
Battle on and on.
March to the goal line, oh Tulsa,
Score on mounting score,
March to the goal line, oh Tulsa,
Let that Hurricane roar!
Drive those (Opponent's name) back and back,
Onward, Tulsa, on,
Gold, Blue and Red,
We'll go ahead,
Down the field to vic-to-ry! :D

Listen Slappy, TU has bent over backwards trying to make it possible for Sooner fans to attend a few games in Tulsa by carefully crafting a home schedule around OU's Norman games.

If you choose not to support a good Oklahoma college program and frankly, a superb college coach by staying away, it's your own danged fault.;)

so there.

I just moved to Tulsa last year, but I went to the season opener then, and have tried to make every game I can. I love it! They're so... plucky. :D

yeah, it would take a miracle... i don't think a non-BCS conference team can have a loss and make a BCS game (other than ND)

If we win the conference and in the top 12 we are in.

If we win the confernece, are in the top 16, and a Big 6 conference champion is ranked below us, we are in.

So yeah, a miracle would be necessary. The highest ranked ACC team is Clemson at 12, so they would have to lose again plus have the other ACC teams beat each other up and then there could be a chance.

Wait, we can get baned for pointing out the obvious?

It's simple math, OKC. If you don't want us to point out that you suck...quit sucking. :D

It could happen. WTF could have predicted where TU is today three years ago. An anonympous yet highly placed source told me the other day Kragthorpe has a goal of cracking the BCS top ten before he leaves Tulsa.

He also wants to put a good beatdown on the pokes next year.

Yes it could. I hope it does. I thought we played OU next year, not OSU.

you're prolly right. I thought we inked a home and two away with the pokes though.

20,000+ at their last home game (stadium seats roughly 40,000).

With programs that don't have as much class as The University of Tulsa.

Of course, our last home game was on a freakin' TUESDAY...but who's counting?
