Seems like some of the beef I've eaten lately is kinda grainy or chewy. Sorta bearish, maybe.

The filets I'm about to grill out are might good looking.

If they taste like the ones from last Sunday, it will be near perfection. :D

Make sure you kill 'em clean and hang 'em right and they should taste just fine.

I was gonna say "I'm gonna eat some Rudolph sausage for breakfast tomorrow," but that just sounds wrong.
