Depicting the Korean peninsula. After 9pm each night, Dictator Kim switches off the power in the "workers paradise" in order to save money for other more important national projects...like nukelar bombs and porn.:D

That little island of light above the DMZ is Dictator-ville.

I think that portion is more agricultural, the main bastions of rural electricity tend to be near the shoreline ;)
