Fredric Mishkin today gave a speech about the importance of giving assistance to developing nations in developing strong capital markets, and said that globalization is the moral thing to pursue because of it's benefits to the poor around the world. I'll post a link once there is a good one on his speech. I have to say, I fully agree with his thoughts.
