I can see where some penalties and turnovers limited our # of plays and playbook options but are we ever going to PT take off on a good run when the game is still winnable?

RRS looked like Chucky was still calling plays, especially the first 2 series after half. Sheesh

Dude, this is beginning to look like Garrick McGee circa 1994. That is, we're told the guy can run and throw before the season starts, but then Gibbs and Watson Brown spend the season running virtually no option (with James Allen and Jerald Moore at tailback, and Terry Collier and Dwayne Chandler at fullback) and have McGee throw the ball 300 times. Stupid.

I think one game that year, Iowa State, we ran option. Then, the next week we're back to Gibbs/Pick-one-of-his-three-offensive-coordinator's mystery game plans that never fit the talent recruited. It makes as little sense now as it did then.

Maybe we will see PT run some since we do not have to hide anything from Texas now!:D

Or since the season isn't as successful as it could have been, a little less worry about him getting hurt and having to use OUr backup?

It's time for Shock and Awe. Let everythiing fly today, what do we have to lose.
