First of all, do any of you think it will be necessary to wear pants to the game on Saturday?:confused:


I would like to wear some pants on saturday but the ones I want to wear are a tad small right now. I am going running here in a bit, what are some other good exercises to do? I am pretty sure that I can shed what I need to shed, so I can put them son bitches on but what else can I do to give myself a better chance lose the inches?:cool:

But then again, you can just go to WalMart and 'buy' a couple of inches in the wasteline. no one will know......well sort of. ;)

Do at least 30 minutes of cardio twice a day and some oblique exercises.

I did 3 sets of 50 crunches and I jogged/walked away from my house for 10 mins and then walked back. I think I have pneumonia!
