View Full Version : Pole: Name That Dish!
So I'm entering a Chili Cookoff. No rules here in TN like there are in the southwest, so anything goes. Last year I won best chili and took 2nd place in the "hottest" category. No more "Mr. Nice Guy". :hot:
I need your help naming my hot chili. It is an insane blend of mostly habaneros with some jalapenos, a killer hot oil I made last week, lots of salt and pepper, some meat, a tomato, onion, and a few things I found around the place.:hot: It'll burn a hole through you, through the sidewalk, and leave a sizzling hole in the ground where you stand. It's just ridiculous and too hot to even taste good anymore, but I can't stand "2nd place." :mad:

Well PG was right, 2nd place AGAIN this year.
I'm tellin' ya it was about like DUCK-gate. One of my staff won, AND she was a judge! Another judge told me that mine was so damn hot it hurt him.
Oh well it's for a good cause and I was, technically, an absentee entrant with the big elk hunt and all.
