I neglected to wake my wife up to take my daughter to her weekly horse-riding lesson. I explained to her that I'm a gay, alcoholic who was abused by a priest years ago. IT'S NOT MY FRICKIN FAULT!!!!111!1!!!!

I shall be using that excuse a lot in the future. It garnered a brief guffaw at which time I was (briefly) out of the dog house.
