McCoy gets exposed as does the UT secondary. And AD has a big day in the second half with 200+ yards. OU will be back in the top 10 and sportscasters will be slobbering all over themselves talking about how OU was very underrated. And the entire football world will be talking about how great a coach Stoops is again.

Ok, let's look at the past two times the whorns have come in with a loss, 2000 and the score was 63-14, and 2003 and the score was 65-13. Three years in between and now three year later leaves me to believe the score will be.................

Well, it IS a shot-in-the-dark... but the biggest dominance in the series' storied history generally speaking is well, unpredictable.

2000, 2003 (supposed to be "the best game ever played"), 2005 (Everyone expected at least a fight from OU)... and that's just the recnet ones... Didn't an otherwise terrible John Blake team terrorize one of Mackovic's teams (not high-score, just surprisingly better performance)... I expect lots of beer and Bevo burgers, and plenty of tired Bomar and AD jokes on Friday... beyond that, I'm keeping my mouth shut aside from board smack...

This account of a last entrance down the ramp from a player some 30 years ago has to raise goose bumps no matter which side you are on. It is from the Texas player's perspective but it also shows that this game is special. Always has been and always will be. I think you sooners will agree.

I think back then both teams assembled on the ramp (yes, the south, and only, ramp) at the same time, on their respective side. Then came out onto the field separately. I would imagine that would be an evironment to see!

I also think TV has a bit too much control of that stuff.
