Police say the Amish school shooter was Charles Carl Roberts IV, a milk truck driver, who was seeking to revenge an incident from 20 years ago.

this is the second incident in a span of a week where the bad guy has no demands for negotiators....just starts killing people

Oh, I don't think killing was all he did. I have no doubt that he molested those little girls, too.
