Texas lost Chris Simms which is the reason for them slipping this far. They have the probable #1 wideout in the country with Roy Williams(heisman candidate) and a top 10 receive in B.J. Johnson. They also have Cedric Benson (another heisman candidate). But the question comes at the quarterback position where Chance Mock gets his first shot. One defense they look good. They loose Cory Redding but gain a healthy Nathan Vasher, who may also be a heisman hopeful do to his speed and athleticism. With 17 starters back though, they may be able to overcome the loss of Chris Simms.
