I'm having a hard time deciding if Mizzou is THIS good, or Colorado is THIS bad.

Right now, I'll go with the latter, because Dan Hawkins looks like that kid from Witness all grown up and incapable of coaching major-college football...:D

SelmaBamaFan

Im flipping over every now and then, last score I saw was 7-3?

SelmaBamaFan

Ah, 14-3 now, big run by Baffoonaloes though.

SelmaBamaFan
9/30/2006, 12:14 PM
Hmmm seems Colorado cant move the ball unless the other team scores on them hehe. Nice drive so far.

bri
9/30/2006, 12:15 PM
Dude, this game is shaping up to be a frickin' track meet. SWEET!!!

This is taking me back to the golden years of Big 8 football, when it seemed like every damn team would just run the option up and down the field on each other. :D

SelmaBamaFan
9/30/2006, 12:16 PM
Did you see the juggalies on that chick in the crowd??! Didnt know Mizzou grew chicks like that.

bri

Does CU play aggy? That could go a long way to determining if they finish with the golden egg....

King Crimson
9/30/2006, 12:22 PM
CU's tackling is atrocious. but, Mizzou's #1 ranked D is hardly "all that".

Cam
9/30/2006, 12:22 PM
Mizzou's offense looks to be for real. Their defense, not so much.

Being a Mizzou fan has to be terrible because your always waiting for the other shoe to drop, especially with John L. Pinkel running the show.

A lot of teams are playing that this year after seeing Bama use it to kill Florida's spread option attack last year (and T Techs offense for that matter). Ya gotta have AWESOME LB's for it to work though.

or Bret Meyer. Those three are clearly better than other 3. Taylor and Meyer have been in with much better competion than Daniel has in his short career as a starter. Daniel may be the best but I will wait to see how he fairs against the Big XII before anointing him as such.

Frozen Sooner

You know, there was a statistical analysis that was done that showed that in the NFL that it's a better idea to just go for it on anything less than 4th and 4, with the distance getting further the farther you are down the field, until it starts getting shorter again within field goal range.

Something absolutely MUST be done by the NCAA after the '06 season.

This isn't the WWE or pay-per-view boxing.

If they can scheme up the brilliant idea of changing the clock rules and they can investigate any and everybody who's making a profit from college football (except themselves) surely they can fix the disastrous fiasco of instant replay that has haunted this season.
