Netflix gave me a free month subscription, so what are some suggestions you guys can offer? I'm looking for classics I might not have already. I'm not really meaning B&W classics, but just good movies from the past. I think I already have the TV series I like (AD, Curb, and both Office series), so I'm good there.

I'm working through some distopian society flicks lately. Try:

Brazil
12 Monkeys
Blade Runner
V For Vendetta
1984
A Clockwork Orange

Recommend the first three highly. The second two are ok. The last - it's a masterpiece but I hated watching it.

Then you need to...

Just make sure you stop after it's over. No need to see the sequels. :)

We rented V for Vendetta for the weekend. I'm anxious to see it now since Craw said it's good.

For the record, I said it's "ok".
