If a business says they except something, does that mean they do or do not ACCEPT it?
I ask because I saw a sign outside a grocery store that read "We except WIC and EBT". We don't get WIC or EBT, but it made me wonder, if they except it does that mean that you can or can not use your WIC or EBT there? :confused:
