Anyway, It don't matter to me cuz Quizno's makes a dang fine sammich. Mrs Homey brought a couple Quizno's sammiches home last night and they was good eatin'

They opened a Quizno by my house. I never even got one. Firehouse Subs never let em get started good before Quiznos packed it in

Does "ghey" mean extremely expensive? Because one thing I know is Quizno's is really proud of those subs. By the time you add chips and drinks and stuff, you're looking at a $10 lunch. I will agree their sammiches are darn tasty though.

While I rate Subway as decent, you can't compare it to Quiznos.

Price keeps me from eating there very often though.

I hate Subway.
Why?
Because I want to. And because I can make a better and cheaper cold sandwich at home. And because it's near blasphemy to eat that bland assembly line stuff when I live in the home of the Muffaletta, the Fried Shrimp Poboy, and the Roast Beef Poboy with gravy that runs down from your hand to your elbow when you take a bite.

That's why I like it. Sometimes better isn't available, and it's not bad.
Unfortunately, SW is pretty "healthy" so it's a must stop for soccer team lunches on the road.

Plus, I just like to be cranky. ;)

I despise Subway and their mushy bread. Even their "Artisan" breads are complete crap. Quiznos Honey Bourbon Chicken RMMFFO. They have better chips, too, muh****a.

Part of the reason Quizno's is so expensive is their procurement bureaucracy. They have this "middle-man" organization that the stores have to go through that tacks on several percent.

Lot's of middle-eastern ownership in ther franchises, also. We supply a bunch of them around the country, and it's a good thing I'm not in customer service. After some of the calls I hear about, I would tell Mo to take the towel off'n his head and shove it up his arse.

And then be fired.

Quizno's is better than Subway. that's about all i can say.

both often have rainbows of freezer burn on their meats. and, as otheres have said, Q's is pretty expensive and there are two local joints near me with better sammies that are cheaper.

i'm spekking up TU for muffelettas. after the Sugar Bowl i ordered up some olive spread from corner grocery/market after eating several muffelettas in NO. good stuff. not AS good missing the special NO rolls....but good.

I think it was like a half-store or something. The selection was pretty tiny.

Like maybe the meat all has salmonella. And the bread is really crusty, and has sharp corners. And instead of salt and pepper, they sprinkle it with powdered swords. Now that's a deadly sandwich. I wouldn't mind having a sandwich like that. Would NOT want to eat it, though...
