Call in sick right before all your classes. And if they give you any crap, just tell those uppity profs that you pay their salary and felt like taking a day off after the sweet time you had witnessing OU kick the mortal **** out of texas. Then they will understand

As a 20 time veteran of OU-tejas I have learned one simple truth, Dallas is all OU-texass on Friday night, but reverts to ordinary Dallas on Saturday night. Win or lose, you will be exhausted after the game. Best to eat dinner and drive home in the dark, wake up on Sunday in your own bed and read the sports page fresh (if we somehow lose, you won't to see the Dallas Morning News headline pic everywhere you go either). You will have a better time enjoying the pregame euphoria on Friday (just about anywhere) instead of forcing caffeine in your system just to eat dinner and take in a hotspot on Saturday (which is usually lame).
