I live alot closer to Addison/Belt Line area than the West End and was wondering if anyone had been out there that night? are there any bars/restaurants that have parties or gatherings for fans of the teams?

TIA

Doesn't the Sports Animal usually do a remote from the Humperdink's on NW Highway? We've been to that before. It was aight. I don't know about the one in Addison though.

Big celebration at Hilton on 635/Tollway. Its the official Sooner hotel. THe Pride plays at around 10. Im sure Brian Britt will screw that up at any time, however. YWIA

That's the Doubletree, right? That's the one the Pride refers to as "playing The Drunk". Then they wound up ading a couple of other places that night that are only sort of mini-drunks.

You could always get kicked out of Hooters and end up at BJ's. Good times.

Howzit knows a great place over by there. I can't remember the name for some reason. All I know is people give you high-fives all night.

Lotta restaurants with Bars in that area. Don't know of anything organized, but Red Robin is usually hopping on the weekends, as is Boston's next door.

I'm trying to decide if I am going down this year even though I don't have a ticket. My brother lives in Grapevine, so I'll be staying there but I would like to at least take in the Fair on Saturday.
