I have decided to go with 3-way spaghetti. Big ol' pot of chili. Top with cheese and onions. And some of this stuff:

Hello, Sorry for the hijack-
I just registered here, but I can't post a new thread... do I need to have a certain number of usefull replies before I can start a thread? I didn't see anything about that in the FAQ.... Help?

Newbies you can't post a thread of your own until you post over 25 times.

Now back to topic. I'm making homemade salsa, homemade queso, jalepeno poppers, quacamole, big fluffy indian tacos with all the fixins.

Oh and margaritas with lots o' tequilla.

Grilled cod and salmon. It's not gameday food, but that's what the wife wants.

Anyway, I'm making Bar-B-Q zuccinni, carrots and hot dogs... and trying to find someplace to listen to the game... no Sooner love here in Utah!

I have fresh salmon and halibut from Alaska in the freezer...how do you prepare and cook it? Didn't like the first batch of halibut on the grill.

never grilled halibut, but salmon is best if you get some of that reynolds grill foil to put under it, or you are gonna lose a lot of it into your grill. McCormicks makes a great lemon and dill marinade. baste that stuff on, squeeze some fresh lemon over it when you put it on. right when it flakes of with your fork, its done. make sure you dont overcook it or it will be worse than having to go to a losur game.
